RESERVATIONS
We are delighted that you are interested in staying at our house in Spain.
Please enter your desired rental dates below. Fill in your details and state the reason for your stay at Casa Sol y Mar. We will let you know as soon as possible whether Casa Sol y Mar is available during your desired period. If the desired period is available, we will send you an email requesting payment of 50% of the rental price. The reservation is only final after receipt of at least 50% of the rental price. The remaining 50% of the rental price plus the deposit and cleaning costs must be paid four weeks before the date of arrival. The deposit will be refunded within two weeks after departure, minus the costs for electricity and any damage found by our caretaker.

COST OVERVIEW AND HOUSE RULES
We work with caretaker Kevin. Kevin will welcome guests upon arrival and hand over the key. He will also collect the keys upon departure. During your stay, Kevin is your point of contact. If you have any questions about the property, if something has broken, or if you want to know anything about the area, Kevin can help you. Kevin will contact you a few days before your arrival to ask for your exact arrival time.
Smoking is not permitted in the property and pets are not allowed. The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old.
In addition to the rental price of the villa, the following additional costs apply:
– Final cleaning €200 (mandatory);
– Electricity costs (to be settled afterwards with the deposit);
– Deposit of €400.
The rental price is based on a maximum of 8 persons.
The rental price per night varies between 150 euros (in low season) and 450 euros (in high season).
Cancellation
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your booking, you must always confirm this by e-mail (even if you have already notified us by telephone, for example). We will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation:
- Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- Cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
- Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
In the event of cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded.
If you notify us on the start date or during the rental period that you will not be using the rented property (any longer), the full rental price will remain payable.
