Casa Sol y Mar is located in the Pisnella urbanisation, one of the neighbourhoods of the village of Busot. It is a detached villa with a private swimming pool, four bedrooms (each with air conditioning), two bathrooms, a front room with a wood-burning stove, an open-plan kitchen and a large living room with sliding doors leading to the swimming pool.
Relax with the whole family in this peaceful spot. The ideal layout of two living rooms, four bedrooms and the central kitchen makes it ideal for two families, each with their own space. But it is also ideal for two people, as you can use the rear part of the villa, which overlooks the swimming pool.
The holiday villa is situated on 849 square metres of private land. A private driveway provides space for several cars, two of which can be parked under the carport. The swimming pool (4×8 metres) is located at the rear of the property and is completely secluded (100% privacy). The swimming pool is accessible from all sides and has paving. At the back of the garden is a raised terrace with six sun loungers. The back garden has various plants that can be attractively lit in the evening.
The holiday villa can accommodate up to eight people.
The villa is located in the Pisnella district, a district of the municipality of Busot. The centre of Busot is 2 km away. Busot is a small village and has a bakery, a new supermarket in the urbanisation and a few bars and restaurants.
The beach is 8 km from the villa. This is the beach with the promenade of El Campello. This is a large town with many restaurants, well-known supermarkets (including Aldi and Lidl) and various shops. There is a market in El Campello twice a week (Wednesday and Sunday).
The village of Busot
Busot is a small Spanish town with approximately 3,000 inhabitants. It is located about 12 minutes from El Campello beach and only 20 minutes from the centre of Alicante.
The airport is located south of Alicante, which takes about 25 minutes by car.
The village has all the modern amenities you need, such as various shops, a baker, a butcher and a small supermarket where you can get everything you need. There are banks, a GP surgery and a variety of restaurants, no fewer than 29 in and around Busot. There is also a church and a sports centre.
Just outside the centre, you will find new-build properties in quiet, well-maintained neighbourhoods. Casa Sol y Mar is located in one of these neighbourhoods, Pisnella.
The hilly landscape makes this a wonderful place to tour, whether by car, bicycle or motorbike.

The region is also famous for its beautiful caves, the Cuevas del Canelobre.
The Cuevas del Canelobre is one of the most important tourist attractions in the entire province of Alicante.
Inside the caves, there is an area of more than 80,000 m2 accessible via a 45-metre tunnel, where water and rock have created impressive formations such as stalactites, stalagmites, columns, jellyfish and many others.

The large living room (30m2) overlooks the swimming pool through a beautiful sliding wall. It has a large dining table that seats 8 people.

Bedroom 1
The first bedroom is located on the side of the villa and has a double bed that can be separated. The room has a ceiling fan and two bedside tables with lamps. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
Bedroom v2
The second bedroom is located at the front of the villa and is accessible via the hall. The room has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and two bedside tables with lamps. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located at the rear of the house and overlooks the swimming pool. The room has two single beds, two bedside tables with lamps, a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe. The bedroom has air conditioning.
Bedroom 4
Adjacent to the large living room (30m²) is a fourth bedroom.
The bedroom has French doors opening onto the terrace and swimming pool.
The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a large built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is located in the hallway between two bedrooms. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and rain shower with hand shower.
Bathroom 2
Adjacent to the fourth bedroom is a second bathroom. This room is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, bathtub and walk-in shower.
Kitchen
The kitchen is the central hub of the home. A bar counter provides a view of the front room. The kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, dishwasher, and sink. It has a separate fridge-freezer combination.
In addition to a toaster, sandwich maker, mixer and kettle, there is also a Nespresso coffee machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery for 8 people. There are plenty of pots, frying pans, saucepans, etc.
A 9 kg washing machine and dryer are available in the outdoor storage area.
Front room
Upon entering through the front door, you will find the front room. A living room with a wood-burning stove and a 50″ Samsung Smart TV. The front room provides access to a bedroom and the hallway. It has an open bar that overlooks the kitchen. The front room is furnished with four bucket seats and a table.
